It's important to start by clarifying to customers that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates.

All orders will be shipped via Australia Post. Costs are calculated on the size & weight of items in your combined shopping cart.

We do not ship internationally.

Estimated delivery time is between 2 and 7 days.

Click and Collect.

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pick up.

Orders placed before 12pm (Monday to Friday) will be eligible for same day collect.

Orders placed after 12pm (Monday to Friday) will be eligible for next business day collect from Ulverstone, Tasmania. If the next business day falls on a Saturday, your order will be available on Monday for collection.

We will notify you when your order is ready for collection via email.

Our in store pick up hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm.

International Shipping.

We do not offer international shipping.

How long does dispatch take?

From Monday to Thursday, we aim to process your order by the next business day (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 11am on Friday will be processed the following Monday (business day). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During sale periods please allow additional days for the processing of your order.

How do I check the status of my order?

When you order has been shipping, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at retail@startshere.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to PO Boxes

We do not ship to PO Box addresses. Please provide street address when completing the order process.

What happens if an item I ordered was out-of-stock?

If an item you have ordered goes out of stock at the time of placing the order or dispatch, we will be in contact with you via email regarding your options of how to proceed.

The out-of-stock item will either be refunded or replaced with a suitable option.
